about
After the success of Rumpistol's instrumental neo-classical album ISOLA, the composer and producer has been working with a few vocalists who have written songs based on tracks from the album. This is the first one of those.
Jossi 2.0 features Icelantic star Dìsa who is mainly known for her excellent esoteric pop music as a solo artist, but has also worked with prominent producers like Trentemøller whom she is currently on US tour with.
Jossi 2.0 was originally made for Rumpistols set at the prestigious psychedelic Ozora festival in Hungary.
lyrics
Come, into the void deep within
Mystery under the skin
Leading you back to the starlight
Alone
Sleep, feel me weave into your dreams
Your thoughts and mine like a stream
Flowing back into the ocean
As one
Flow, breaking the light as we go
Into a night of our own
Whether my tears are revealing
Unknown
Love, I won't give into the dark
Stay with me under the stars
I see our road is unwinding
Hold on

What can I say about this release? This is the most outstanding ambient album that I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. It’s lush, emotive, and evocative with mind-blowing sound design and immaculate production, all of which are reminiscent of the works of Dave Tipper. I can’t say enough about this album, nor can I stop listening to it. To top it off, the beautiful album artwork and marbled vinyl are truly a feast for the eyes, making this a very special release indeed. 10/10 Christian Pisut
omg, this is awesome! i have been a huge tipper fan a long time, albums like broken soul jamboree & forward escape are rare electronic masterpieces. i have listen to this more than 100 times and i can detect always more layers...so ful of details in the background...a class of it's own, music and production are not from this world! dub orange
